Structured governance support through meeting coordination, documentation management, and operational guidance. AGM attends regularly scheduled Board meetings monthly, or more frequently at the Board’s request, and will coordinate special meetings as needed to address operational matters, capital projects, or regulatory requirements.

The firm maintains familiarity with applicable provisions of the Washington Condominium Act (RCW 64.34) and Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (RCW 64.90), along with other statutes affecting commercial owners associations or condominium governance, and assists the Board in understanding its fiduciary obligations and operational responsibilities.
